[Hiring] Hazard Communication Specialist @Solenis

Role Description

This role involves authoring and maintaining global Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels as per the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) using the SAP-EHS module.

• Raw material data maintenance in SAP-EHS module
• Validate supplier information to ensure compliance with global regulations
• Work closely with the business on new product introductions or to update existing products in SAP-EHS module
• Adjust data as necessary to ensure accuracy of product safety documentation
• Support business with regulatory customer queries regarding safety data sheets and label content

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Author and review global safety data sheets (SDS) for publication using SAP software, EHS module
• Author and review product labels and other hazard communication documents
• Maintain product safety, dangerous goods (DG) and regulatory data in SAP-EHS system
• Work with the global Product Safety team to create efficient processes and global consistency
• Maintain working knowledge and monitor updates in global regulations impacting product safety processes
• Maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
• Work with the business and supply chain to set up new products, raw materials in the system
• Process recipe and formula updates, reviewing potential changes of SDS and labels
• Assist in resolving complex issues related to product safety
