[Hiring] GTM Engineer @Chamelio

Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to build the technology and infrastructure behind Chamelio's next stage of growth. You'll work directly with our sales leadership team to design, implement, and optimize the systems, integrations, and automations that make our go-to-market team more effective. This is a true builder role with significant ownership.

• Own Salesforce implementation and ongoing development, including data architecture, workflows, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems, tools, and processes.
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate technologies across prospecting, data enrichment, outreach, conversation intelligence, and forecasting.
• Build automations that eliminate manual work, improve efficiency, and allow sales teams to focus on selling.
• Design and maintain reliable data structures, reporting, and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline performance and revenue operations.
• Improve workflows and handoffs across the customer journey, from initial prospecting through closed revenue.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools and workflows to identify opportunities for greater productivity and efficiency.
• Continuously optimize the GTM technology stack as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce from initial architecture and configuration through rollout and adoption.
• Experience building, implementing, and integrating GTM technology in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills, including custom objects, permissions, Flows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms; scripting or coding experience is a plus.
• A solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the systems that support high-performing revenue teams.
• Experience evaluating and connecting sales engagement, prospecting, enrichment, and revenue intelligence tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into practical technical solutions.
• A builder mentality with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-moving startup environment.
• A practical, results-oriented approach that prioritizes user adoption, efficiency, and measurable business impact.

Benefits

• Build from the ground up. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement the systems that power our next stage of growth, rather than simply maintaining an existing tech stack.
• Real ownership, real impact. Your work will directly influence how our sales team operates, scales, and generates revenue.
• Work directly with leadership. You'll partner closely with our sales leader, Brian Chaney, and have a meaningful voice in shaping our GTM technology strategy.
• Bring AI into the way we work. You'll explore emerging technologies and AI-powered automations that make our teams smarter, faster, and more effective.
• Solve interesting challenges. From Salesforce architecture to connecting best-in-class GTM tools, you'll tackle meaningful technical and operational problems.
• A company on the rise. We're a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup with ambitious plans and a product that's changing how legal teams work.
• Great people, zero corporate nonsense. We're ambitious, a little crazy, and serious about building something exceptional. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy the ride.
