[Hiring] Growth Strategy & Ops Intern @Cue AI

Role Description

Join a stealth startup led by an operator who has scaled two companies from $0 to $10M ARR. We build AI-powered tools that remove daily headaches for frontline teams. You’ll work directly with the founder and senior advisors, gaining hands-on experience in building a company from zero.

The mandate (what you’ll own):

• You’ll be the founder’s right hand across go-to-market, operations, and investor relations.
• Think of it as a crash course in entrepreneurship: helping grow revenue, supporting pilot customers, and bringing structure to fast-moving chaos.

What you will do:

• Customer Development & Success: Onboard and support pilot customers, manage communications, and ensure feedback loops are tight.
• Sales & Outreach: Run founder-led sales campaigns—manage LinkedIn presence and outreach, coordinate follow-ups, book meetings, and support early sales conversations.
• GTM Experiments: Test lightweight growth campaigns, refine messaging, and track funnel results.
• Ops & Chief-of-Staff Support: Prep briefs, talking points, and decks; document decisions; keep projects and content pipelines moving.
• Investor & Stakeholder Support (bonus): Maintain intro/follow-up lists, coordinate meetings, and help polish updates and materials.

Qualifications

• Aspire to be an entrepreneur—this role serves as training to one day run your own company.
• Think like an engineer: decompose problems, automate the repeatable, comfortable tinkering with JavaScript/Python or learning fast with AI help.
• Strong communicator who can manage customer relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Thrive in chaos: ruthless prioritizer, fast learner, high ownership.
• Curious about AI, startups, and scaling operations; comfortable with no/low-code tools.
