Role Description
As an Executive Coach / Growth Partner at BM Digital, you will play a crucial role in our mission to drive business growth and empower our clients to reach their full potential. You will be at the forefront of fostering a culture of excellence and facilitating the personal and professional development of our clients.
- Utilize your expertise and experience to provide executive coaching and mentorship to our clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of clients' leadership teams and design customized development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights within the organization.
- Track and measure the impact of coaching interventions on clients' business performance.
- Develop work plans, project plans, and business plans for clients to launch and scale their eCommerce businesses.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls with clients to review materials and resolve issues.
- Act as an executive coach and growth advisor, providing tactical marketing advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive coach, growth partner, or similar role.
- Experience as an entrepreneur, growth lead, marketing lead, or CMO is also considered valid.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and direct to consumer e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of leadership principles and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in coaching or leadership development are highly desirable.
Requirements
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- The annual compensation is up to $200k/annually based on experience.
