Role Description

This role involves participating in the Veolia Graduate Program as a Graduate Commercial Engineer.

Join between July and October 2025 for a 1-year fully immersive graduate program.
Complete structured training on essential and technical skills.
Participate in networking opportunities and have a dedicated support network.
Engage in experiential learning, including 4 in-person workshops in Europe.
Work on a Sustainability Challenge to develop entrepreneurial skills.
Conduct comprehensive career conversations to explore strengths and aspirations.
Contribute to developing innovative solutions for industrial water treatment.
Lead project opportunities from inquiry to order, collaborating with global teams.

Day-to-Day Duties:

Learn to analyse customer requirements and conduct technical audits.
Develop technical documentation including Process Descriptions and Flow Diagrams.
Assist in customer meetings and site visits across Europe.
Create cost models and evaluate project feasibility.
Develop comprehensive project proposals.
Collaborate with global teams on process design development.
Learn to identify and mitigate project risks.
Contribute to environmental protection initiatives.
