Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Grants Specialist to help secure funding opportunities that support our client's continued growth and product development.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in identifying, applying for, and securing government grants, particularly within the US and Canadian markets. You will be responsible for:

• Researching relevant funding opportunities
• Managing application processes end-to-end
• Ensuring high-quality submissions that align with company objectives
• Independently driving the process, including outreach, application preparation, and submission

Qualifications

• Proven experience securing government grants (Canada and/or US)
• Strong writing and proposal development skills
• Excellent research and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail (critical for success in this role)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare software industry (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with financial or operational tools such as Xero and Pluto (Nice to Have)
• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment (Nice to Have)

• Part-Time 10 hours per week, may increase to 20 further down the line
