Role Description

We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help coordinate accommodations, reservations, schedules, and travel-related logistics for clients in a remote environment. As a Global Operations & Accommodation Coordinator, you'll help keep lodging details, confirmations, timing, and client information accurate while supporting additional trip components when needed. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research and compare accommodation options
• Assist with reservation and confirmation details
• Track check-in dates, schedules, and important updates
• Coordinate transportation and activity information when needed
• Help manage changes, special requests, or adjustments
• Follow up on pending details
• Maintain accurate client and planning records
• Support general travel operations throughout the planning process

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, operations, customer service, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
