Role Description

As a GM at HelloTech, you will spearhead our EV charger installation line of business. This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the business from marketing and lead management to user experience development. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies that further our business objectives, and you will work to build a strong, cohesive team that can execute those strategies effectively.

What you'll do

• Direct all operational aspects of the EV charger installation line of business
• Develop and oversee marketing and lead generation strategies, including lifecycle and content marketing
• Manage inbound sales activities to maximize revenue
• Work closely with the product team to improve the user experience, including funnel improvements
• Set goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective action as needed
• Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-8 years of experience in a GM role or similar leadership role, preferably in a tech-related field
• Proficiency in leading sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate teams
• Strong understanding of the consumer tech market and customer behaviors
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
