You'll support a Claims Manager or Claims Director while leading the New York Labor Law and Commercial General Liability adjusting team. But here's the best part: you stay hands-on. Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance claims experience in high exposure commercial general liability claims, with knowledge of New York Labor Law is needed
• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to evolve the claims systems and processes to drive better efficiencies and outcomes
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Integrity, ethics, and a strong sense of accountability in handling confidential and sensitive information

Requirements

• Highly motivated, growth-oriented, impactful and influential
• Claims professional with a track record of success in commercial claims—Premises, Construction, New York Labor Law, or other complex General Liability
• Strong leader who motivates, supports, and teaches teams to excel (through formal management or peer/project leadership)
• Tech-oriented and excited about building a tech-driven claims organization with proven results leveraging technology and analytics
• Passionate about your team, the customer, and their experience
