Role Description

The GMx Payroll Win Center Senior supports end-to-end integrated payroll services pursuits across the global presales lifecycle. The role combines bid management, commercial support, solution coordination, sales enablement, reporting and deal compliance to produce timely, high-quality deliverables for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.

Working within a global and virtual team, the Senior is expected to manage assigned pursuit activities with increasing independence, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies early, and escalate decisions appropriately. The role is an individual contributor position and does not include formal people-management or appraisal responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Bid management
  • Respond to RFx opportunities and pursuits, including proposal development, presentation materials, oral presentations and demonstration coordination across bid stages.
  • Support the pursuit owner and bid manager throughout the bid lifecycle to deliver timely, accurate and professionally presented outputs.
  • Coordinate assigned workstreams, timelines, reviews, actions and stakeholder inputs, and flag risks or delays early.
  • Contribute to deal qualification, renewals and expansion opportunities, win themes, value propositions and other upstream or downstream business development activities.
  • Support analyst- and alliance-led pursuits where required.
• Commercial support
  • Prepare and coordinate pricing requests with an understanding of implementation, recurring services, scope, add-ons, margins, discounts and allocation considerations.
  • Support commercial modelling and analysis to inform pricing discussions and client negotiations.
  • Coordinate commercial reviews, approval protocols and bid tollgates, escalating exceptions as appropriate.
  • Support best and final offer, contracting and commercial scope-finalization activities.
• Solution support
  • Understand client requirements and map them to relevant payroll offerings, solution capabilities and supporting credentials.
  • Coordinate inputs from solution, technology, implementation, service management, country and subject-matter teams.
  • Prepare solution presentations, demonstrations, client-visit materials, business cases and supporting content for oral presentations and negotiations.
  • Contribute to win strategy, value proposition, solution and commercial reviews, and deal-closure activities.
• Sales enablement
  • Create, maintain and improve reusable collateral, credentials, templates, RFx response content and other pursuit materials.
  • Conduct industry, client and competitor research to support opportunities and strengthen pursuit messaging.
  • Apply digital, automation and AI-enabled tools and good practices to improve the quality and efficiency of presales delivery.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to training and best-practice sessions across the presales community.
• MIS, pipeline and governance
  • Maintain pursuit lifecycle and pipeline trackers, bid logs, win-loss records, dashboards and periodic reports.
  • Create and maintain accurate records in Dynamics and relevant CRM or internal pursuit-tracking tools.
  • Perform follow-ups, data-quality checks and governance actions with stakeholders to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Support administration and reporting against presales performance measures.
• Deal compliance and risk support
  • Support pre-deal submission, compliance and risk processes, ensuring required checklists and deliverables are completed.
  • Collaborate with sales, pursuit leaders, risk and other functions to capture solution, technology, information security, implementation and independence considerations.
  • Track actions and support analysis and reporting of deal compliance to relevant leadership.
  • Maintain and follow approved deal-risk procedures, templates and communication practices.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant presales, bid management, commercial or business development experience in the BPO, ITeS or managed services industry.
• Experience coordinating RFx responses, proposals, pricing inputs and multiple stakeholders in a deadline driven environment.
• Exposure to sales CRM, pursuit-tracking or commercial tools and processes.
• Payroll, HR services or payroll technology exposure is an advantage.

• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to translate complex client requirements into clear, professional business content.
• Ability to work independently within defined responsibilities while collaborating effectively across a remote, virtual and global matrix organization.
• Commercial awareness, sound judgment and confidence in escalating risks, constraints and decisions when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with bid automation, CRM, project-management, reporting, dashboarding, AI, advanced Excel or Power BI tools is an advantage.
