• Process donations accurately

• Meet call quality and attendance expectations

• Missing certification sessions may result in removal

Requirements

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Wired high-speed internet (No Wifi only setups)
• Windows 11 (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• 8 GB RAM (16 GB RAM is best) (desktop or laptop)
• Dual monitors (not needed to apply)
• USB noise-canceling headset (not needed to apply)
