Role Description

We’re looking for someone who loves turning conversations into partnerships that make a genuine difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-focused fundraiser who enjoys building corporate partnerships and delivering meaningful fundraising campaigns.

If you’re someone who’s equally comfortable talking with corporate leaders, developing fundraising campaigns, supporting community fundraisers and looking for smarter ways to grow fundraising, this could be the role you’ve been looking for.

As our Fundraising Officer, you’ll help grow sustainable fundraising income through corporate partnerships, fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and community fundraising. You’ll:

• Identify and develop new corporate partnerships
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns including Tax Appeal and Perinatal Mental Health Week
• Support community and peer-to-peer fundraisers
• Continually improve the systems, resources and frameworks that strengthen fundraising performance

Qualifications

• Experience developing corporate partnerships, sponsorships or donor relationships
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers
• Experience delivering fundraising campaigns from concept to evaluation
• A curious mindset continually looking for opportunities to improve fundraising systems and outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills
• Alignment with our values and purpose

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and developing corporate partnerships, sponsors or major donors
• Experience engaging confidently with senior leaders within corporate organisations
• Experience developing and delivering fundraising campaigns
• Experience managing fundraising activities without external agency support
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working remotely and managing competing priorities
• Knowledge of ethical fundraising practice and privacy legislation
• A collaborative, values-driven approach
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
