• Monitor and review user-generated content across social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate potential safety, privacy, and policy violations within the Social Media ecosystem.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
• Stay updated on evolving Social Media trends and internal policy adjustments.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance user experience and platform safety.
• Provide insightful feedback to improve automated moderation tools and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong command of English for internal communications and training.
• Passion for the Social Media industry and digital safety.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for rotating shifts to support our 24/7 global operations.
