Role Description

We are looking for a native French speaker to support a 16-week AI personalization evaluation project for professional users.

• Using your primary Google Workspace business Gmail account, you will assess whether AI-generated responses are relevant, accurate, helpful, and appropriately personalized based on professional email history.
• You will compare outputs, identify weak or unsupported personalization, and provide structured feedback that supports model improvement.

• CONTRACT: Contractor assignment (16 weeks)
• COMMITMENT: Part-time (20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week) with minimum 4h PST overlap
• LOCATION: Remote — Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam
• PROCESS: Application Form -> Short Online Assessment
• NOTES: Applicants must use their primary professional Google Workspace account and complete the required consent process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses using professional email history and account activity.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, and personalization quality.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, and irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple responses and select the stronger overall result.
• Provide clear and structured evaluation feedback.
• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all data privacy requirements.
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in French.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Active Google Workspace or Corporate Gmail account used regularly for professional communication.
• Business inbox with predominantly French-language emails and approximately 1,000 or more messages.
• Gmail display language set to French.
• Willingness to use the business account for evaluation and sign the required consent form.
