[Hiring] Freelance Middle Salesforce Consultant @Valtech

Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant for a freelance engagement on a client project running through October 2026. While the initial contract is project-based, there is potential for continued collaboration beyond October, including project extensions and future opportunities within Valtech.

Within our dedicated Salesforce service line, we help our clients achieve their goals leveraging Salesforce, utilizing the best talent from around the world. As a Salesforce Consultant, you are the one who makes our customers’ dreams a reality:

• Understand the capabilities of the platform.
• Build solutions through declarative or programmatic development.
• Work with Agentforce to enable next-level customer service.
• Possibly work on building a customer portal.
• Become an integral part of a close-knit scrum team.
• Work on impactful projects like the implementation of a new e-commerce platform or a CRM system.
• Develop expertise in technology and communicate complex concepts to non-techies.

We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
• Experience working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (B2B Commerce Cloud is also advantageous).
• Consulting experience, ability to find the right solution and present it to the client.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service.
• Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Release management and leveraging CI/CD tooling.
• Testing and debugging.
• Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications; additional certifications are welcome.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Business, IT, or technology-related field.
• Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing.
