[Hiring] Franchise Head Solid Tumor, Director @BeiGene

Role Description

Reporting to the Country General Manager and member of the Country Leadership Team, the Franchise Head Solid Tumor holds full accountability for the strategic execution and performance of the local Solid Tumor franchise. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic leadership, and an enterprise mindset to achieve portfolio P&L goals and ensure sustainable growth.

• Responsible for localizing and executing the commercialization strategy for solid tumors assets.
• Evaluate market research, field insights, business opportunities, potential risks, and public health needs.
• Oversee the sales and marketing teams, managing the end-to-end commercial lifecycle.
• Work closely with Business Operations, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in sales and marketing leadership.
• Robust business and financial acumen.
• Strong strategic mindset.

• Deep understanding of solid tumor diseases and treatment pathways.

Requirements

• PC skills, including MS Office Suite, CRM, Sales Platforms, Power BI.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English; any other major European language is an advantage.
• About 40% business travel is expected.

Benefits

• Salary Range Spain: 131,600.00 EUR - 164,500.00 EUR.
