Role Description

As Bolter's Founders Associate, you will cover a huge range of urgent and important work:

• Strategy, partnerships, fundraising, hiring, operations, and day-to-day decisions.
• This is a generalist operator role: take ownership of real workstreams end to end.
• Work directly with the GM in a lean team, with specialised AI agents supporting execution.

What you’ll do:

• Own workstreams end to end.
• Support fundraising and investor relations.
• Support partnerships and GTM.
• Help build the team.
• Bring structure to a fast-moving company.
• Do the unglamorous work that matters.

Qualifications

• A track record of operating with real ownership - ideally in a startup, venture builder, consulting, or investment environment.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• High agency and follow-through.
• Genuine interest in AI, venture building, and what it takes to build a company from the validation stage.
• Organised and reliable.
• Comfortable working directly with senior people and external partners.
• Ability to leverage AI agents as a force multiplier.
• Pragmatic approach to tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in venture building, early-stage startups, or founder's office roles.
• Experience supporting fundraising, partnerships, or GTM at an early stage.
• Experience with AI products or working in a fast-moving technical environment.
• A bias toward building - trackers, dashboards, tools - rather than just managing.
