[Hiring] Foreman (High Voltage / Substation) @PACK Power

Role Description

Foreman position responsible for directing, planning, and managing crew(s) to facilitate elite execution of projects, while delivering within compliance of PACK Safety and procedural policies.

Location & Travel:

• In addition to your base salary, you’ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment.
• This role includes regular rotational travel home from the job site.
• A company vehicle and fuel card will also be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Six to twelve months of related experience in construction or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Prior experience within construction supervisory role is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions as required.
• Knowledge and experience with medium and/or high voltage substations, collection systems, and/or transmission lines preferred.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
