Role Description

As a foreign language correspondent in our international team, you can look forward to interesting responsibilities.

• Correspondence with clients and other parties primarily in Italian, English, and German
• Independently supporting a patent attorney in their day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Completed training as a foreign language correspondent, multilingual secretary, or similar training
• Proficiency in Italian and English at native speaker level
• Good German skills
• Confidence in using a PC
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
• Passion for working as part of a team
• Quick learner with a high level of organisation
