[Hiring] Fleet Manager @Terac

Role Description

We're running a paid study on modern fleet operations and the software systems used to track vehicles. The goal is to evaluate current tooling options and understand where operational bottlenecks occur. Your feedback directly informs how we think about the next generation of fleet management solutions.

You will participate in a remote conversational interview with our research team. We will ask you to walk through your daily routine, highlighting how you manage vehicle dispatch and maintenance schedules. You will also review a few common scenarios and explain the decisions you make to keep operations running smoothly. The session is entirely discussion-based, with no screen sharing required.

Qualifications

• Active role in fleet management, dispatch, or logistics coordination
• Hands-on experience overseeing a fleet of commercial vehicles
• Familiarity with modern fleet management or telematics software
• Comfortable discussing operational workflows and daily challenges

Requirements

• Walk us through your typical daily fleet management operations.
• Explain the tools and software you use for vehicle tracking and dispatch.
• Discuss common challenges related to maintenance scheduling and driver coordination.
• Share insights on how current operational workflows could be improved.
