[Hiring] Fitness Coach @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced fitness coach to work with clients looking to build strength, improve health, and reach their fitness goals. This role includes:

• Guiding clients through strength training, cardio training, and mobility & flexibility work
• Form & technique review and injury prevention to keep training safe and effective
• Helping clients with goal setting, accountability & habit building
• Competition prep for those training toward a specific event
• General exploration for clients still discovering what training style works best for them

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on fitness coaching or personal training experience
• Relevant certifications
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients build sustainable, long-term habits

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
