Role Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Fire Inspection Supervisor to join our amazing culture. As a Fire Inspection Supervisor, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”:

• Supervise and oversee testing and inspecting fire alarm systems in specified buildings.
• Responsible for execution of fire alarm contract scope, customer satisfaction, renewal of existing contracts, and growing new contract opportunities.
• Supervise and direct the work of Test & Inspect Helpers and/or Leads.
• Identify and report problems or discrepancies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for all inspections.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications

• Solid supervisory skills.
• Solid knowledge of local and national codes.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and design drawings.
• Strong math skills.

Requirements

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5-7 years relevant.
• Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, and/or sprinkler systems.
