Role Description

Looking for a hands-on role in Field Services? This could be your next career move! Continue your development as a Field Service Specialist in our Paper Machine Wet End group.

• Be part of our NA Services team and play a crucial role in supporting our customers’ operations by ensuring their equipment is running at optimum levels.
• Work with cutting-edge technology and tools to support the performance of large-scale papermaking equipment at our customers' facilities located across North America.
• Possibility to travel overseas to support targeted projects, participate in machine startups, or assist in testing customer equipment to be delivered in North America.
• Deliver critical hands-on support at customer sites or provide remote troubleshooting assistance from our offices.
• Support others in the field while researching and preparing for your own service calls.
• Provide the highest level of commitment and service to our customers to move their production and performance forward.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude; hydraulic & pneumatic background a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills required.
• Strong PC skills.
• Self-motivated and enjoy learning new things.

Requirements

• Ability to travel approximately 50-80% of the time, including overnight travel as needed.
