[Hiring] Field Implementation Associate @Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.

Role Description

As a Robotics Field Implementation Associate, you’ll be part of our DeWalt Construction Technology team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

• Work closely with senior team members to ensure successful implementation, troubleshooting, and user training in robotics technology.
• Perform site deployment, setup, and calibration of robotic systems on construction sites.
• Be comfortable with hands-on maintenance; will be extensively trained but ready to get your hands dirty.
• Support pre-deployment activities, including logistics coordination, safety planning, and project tracking.
• Provide basic on-site technical support.
• Participate in and eventually lead training sessions for contractors.
• Collect field data and feedback for process improvements and product development.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to support customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of deployments, issues, and resolutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and site regulations.
• Engage in ongoing learning to develop technical and operational expertise in robotics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, robotics or a related field AND 1–2 years of experience in construction, technology deployment, robotics, or a related field; OR 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry hands-on with advanced hardware (total stations, robotics, drones, etc.), or doing robotic training and deployments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a non-commercial box truck for transporting equipment and materials.
• Willing and able to travel up to 15–20 days per month to customer locations, primarily construction sites and work site hours (including nights and weekends).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
