Role Description
The Facilities Support is responsible for performing highly diversified duties including the opening and closing of office sites, acting as a point of contact for property managers, maintaining facility equipment and supporting the business site’s goals and objectives. The Facilities Support will also assist in company driver needs.
- Coordinate and schedule shipping and moving of furniture and equipment
- Help oversee vendors and contractors when needed
- Identify and recommend office and facility repairs
- Travel to remote offices
- Install and maintain or disassemble facility equipment
- Coordinate and determine needs when they arise for new branches
- Ability to communicate with Property Managers, Internal Branch Managers and Corporate Managers
- Follow work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Detect and report any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Assist in company driver duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% at times
- Valid driver license and good driving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
