[Hiring] Export Operations Specialist @Capgemini

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Export Operations Coordinator responsible for ensuring efficient & timely cross-border deliveries by managing end-to-end export order fulfilment, coordinating with markets, DRP, Logistics & Finance. Also required to oversee SAP order & shipment execution, maintaining compliant export documentation & driving high AIM performance while adhering to governance & regulatory requirements.

• Risk Reviews: Attend weekly risk review and monthly performance review.
• Order Management & Customer Coordination:
  • Act as primary contact for defined markets across all order management processes.
  • Ensure customer orders are entered, confirmed, monitored & communicated accurately in SAP.
  • Maintain alignment with DRP & customers on order volumes, timings & requirements.
  • Take corrective action for deviations threatening market supply or service levels.
• Shipment & Logistics Execution:
  • Coordinate shipment planning with markets, DRP, dispatch locations, factories & transport providers.
  • Release deliveries, monitor credit thresholds and oversee full SAP process flow (delivery note, PGI, invoicing).
  • Support transport optimisation initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (markets, DRP, DL etc).
• Export Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare all export documents and ensure compliance with internal policies & external regulations (customs, taxes, international trade).
  • Share documentation in time for customer customs clearance.
  • Coordinate inspections and manage documentation accuracy for regulatory adherence.
• Exception Management: Manage operational exceptions including returns, missing stock, damages and theft.
• Master Data Management: Coordinate creation and maintenance of master data for products, pricing, customers and new flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics or related field
• Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools
• 5 to 9 years of experience in Export operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills
