  • Participate in team meetings to stay connected with coordinators, share audit trends, and reinforce compliance expectations.

  • Open audit items and corrective actions are followed through to resolution within established expectations.
  • The auditor serves as a reliable resource for documentation questions, compliance expectations, and β€œhow to” guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of air and ocean export operations, documentation, and freight forwarding processes.
  • Working knowledge of export documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, SLIs, shipment records, Schedule B / HS classification, country of origin, valuation, and port information.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend practical process improvements.
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling complex or sensitive compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
