Role Description

We are seeking a high-level Executive & Marketing Assistant to serve as the structural backbone for a world-renowned women’s mentor and thought leader. Your mission is to help rebuild the digital architecture—funnels, newsletters, and social presence—that allows the founder to empower women to lead "turned-on lives" and connect with their divine feminine.

• Kartra Architect & Systems Management
  • Building lead-generation "Assessments," including backend portal creation, log-in credentialing, and logic-based redirections.
  • Designing high-converting webpages, setting up digital products, and building monthly newsletters within Kartra.
  • Queuing and managing monthly email sequences and freebie delivery.
• Marketing, Social Media & SEO
  • Managing Instagram and FB Business Page posting—overseeing strategy, content creation, editing, and engagement.
  • Building a consistent presence on YouTube through SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tag management.
  • Crafting high-vibe banners and graphics using Canva.
  • Managing the "Wisdom Wednesday" Telegram broadcast channel.
• Data Analytics & Executive Admin
  • Building sophisticated spreadsheets to track Kartra, newsletter, and social media analytics.
  • Backend Zoom management for public calls.
  • Managing the backend of the podcast from audio uploading to drafting show notes.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in Kartra.
• Open to Astrology and Energetics.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to build a flawless Kartra portal.
• Creative enough to help grow a YouTube brand.
• Thrives in a "rebuilding" phase.

Benefits

• Part-time schedule (10-20 hours a week, with potential to grow).
• Rate of $7 - $8 USD per hour.
