Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant with strong digital marketing expertise to support executive operations while driving our online presence, lead generation, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will combine organizational excellence with marketing creativity, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and impactful brand visibility.

• Manage and engage across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Create and post success stories, blog articles, and lead magnets to showcase client achievements.
• Monitor and report online traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion effectiveness.
• Reply to messages and inquiries on social media to foster community interaction.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, online events, and speaking engagements.
• Support website content updates and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and drip sequences within CRM to nurture leads.
• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel coordination.
• Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical documents.
• Utilize CRM and CMS platforms for client and content management.
• Conduct online research to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in digital media, social media management, or content marketing.
• Strong writing skills for content creation and communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in setting up strategic partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
