Role Description

This role involves providing daily confidential support to the Vice President.

  • Manage diary, emails, and bookings for the Vice President, including travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect input for the newsletter and define content
  • Manage email channels like Marketo for communication campaigns
  • Support the VP & GM in setting up town halls, either live or virtually, and drive communication
  • Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans, and communicate with direct reports
  • Prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations and coordinate key events
  • Update budget lists and manage compliance paperwork, filing, and documenting
  • Complete monthly expense report for the Vice President, ensuring financial procedures are followed

Qualifications

  • Educational degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently

Requirements

  • Travel Percentage: 20%
