Role Description

This role involves supporting the CEO of a fast-growing education and software business by managing operations and ensuring effective execution of company strategies.

• Own the CEO's calendar, protecting deep work blocks and enforcing priorities.
• Run internal communication and follow-up processes to ensure accountability.
• Manage project accountability across the organization using tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
• Oversee hiring operations for key roles, ensuring a fast-moving process.
• Ensure timely delivery of content across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements and provide detailed recommendations.
• Assist with personal and local projects as needed.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow and provide suggestions to other departments.

• Experience in project management and operational execution.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accountability.

Requirements

• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion).
• Comfortable with high confidentiality and sensitive information.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work remotely with strong overlap with EST hours.
