[Hiring] Executive Assistant Operations @Convoy Finance

Role Description

We're hiring an Executive Assistant / Operations person to work closely with two of our partners and help keep things moving.

• Manage calendars and inboxes
• Follow up on action items
• Coordinate meetings
• Help with client onboarding and invoicing
• Keep documents and other admin work organized
• Support clients and the team as needed

This is not a role where you'll be given a checklist every morning. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, move quickly and stay on top of multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, Administrative or similar role
• Comfortable working in English and communicating with senior people and clients
• Organized, reliable and proactive
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Experience working with founders or executives is a plus
• Startup or professional services experience is also a plus
• Familiarity with client onboarding, invoicing, Asana, DocuSign or similar tools is helpful
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where client needs come first

Compensation

USD 1,300–1,800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time independent contractor position.
