Role Description

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Triage all inboxes - Label: Urgent / FYI / Done.
• Check and respond to all reviews daily — Google, Yelp.
• Log all incoming vendor invoices from email and FinTech.
• Post or schedule social content on Instagram and TikTok (3–5 posts/week).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience assisting C-Level/executives.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (At least B2 level).
• Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Salary Package (with HMO)

• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): PHP 65,000/month + HMO
