[Hiring] Executive Assistant @M3 Communications

Role Description

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support writing, research, and day-to-day execution. This is a practical, execution-focused role. You’ll work directly with the founder to help move work forward — drafting content, completing tasks, and handling small research assignments. The role is not strategy-heavy. It requires clarity, reliability, and the ability to follow direction while maintaining good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine written content based on briefs (notes, posts, short documents)
• Execute assigned tasks quickly and accurately
• Conduct light research (topics, individuals, organisations, creators)
• Identify and shortlist relevant creators, references, and sources
• Organise information and maintain simple workflows
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic operational support
• Prepare simple materials for internal or external use when needed

Qualifications

• Strong written English (clear, structured, concise — not verbose)
• High reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant supervision
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
• Good judgment on when to ask questions vs proceed independently
• Basic research and internet navigation skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally (international)

Preferred

• Based in Europe (Eastern or Central Europe preferred)
• Prior experience in assistant, writing, or research roles
• Experience supporting founders or small teams
• Comfortable working across time zones
