Role Description

The EVP, Strategic Operations is responsible for aligning company-wide operational capabilities with the organization’s long-term strategic objectives to drive efficiency, growth, and sustained profitability. This role works closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, ensuring operational excellence across functions.

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s vision and growth objectives.
• Identify, prioritize and implement process improvement, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Establish and monitor key performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress, diagnose challenges, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead companywide strategic initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness and enable scalable growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to align resources, capabilities, and execution plans with overarching business priorities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and optimal resource utilization.
• Design and implement change management frameworks to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and innovations.
• Translate performance data into strategic recommendations that foster continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Support long-term organizational growth through structured strategic planning and disciplined execution of high-impact initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations or related field
• 7+ years in strategic or operational leadership role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 80% sitting, 10% standing, 10% walking

Working Conditions

• Work is performed remotely. The position involves computer and phone work.
• Required travel: 20%
