Role Description
This role involves owning the strategy and execution of high-impact events, from executive roundtables to global conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive global event strategy aligned with Cytora’s yearly objectives.
- Identify high-impact industry events and curate branded experiences that elevate Cytora’s visibility and thought leadership.
- Align the event roadmap with product launches, ecosystem milestones, and partnership initiatives.
- Lead the planning of roundtables, executive dinners, hospitality events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Create clear event briefs that align stakeholders and coordinate related teams.
- Build relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure high-quality event delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for cohesive branding and messaging.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging, from pre-event promotion to on-site experience and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications
- Experience in executing a range of B2B events - preferably in the Insurance/Finance sector.
- Experience in managing a community of senior executives.
- Excellent cross collaboration skills.
- High degree of autonomy and creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure of event execution - solution orientated attitude.
- Highly communicative, friendly demeanour.
- Willingness to travel.
