[Hiring] Events & Experiences Manager @The KMR Brands

Role Description

The KMR Brands is looking for a creative, organized, and commercially minded Events & Experiences Manager – Germany to support the development and execution of events, party concepts, pop-ups, and community experiences across Germany.

You will be responsible for helping bring Festovibe and KMR experiences to life in the German market — from planning and coordinating party collections to supporting creator, talent, and agency events.

The role combines event organization, local market development, and commercial responsibility. You will help identify opportunities, coordinate execution, build relationships with relevant partners, and contribute to the success and growth of our experiences.

This is a commission-based collaboration with earning potential connected to successful event projects and commercial outcomes.

• Support the planning and execution of Festovibe events, party collections, pop-ups, and special experiences in Germany
• Help develop new event concepts and formats for local audiences
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, production partners, and event requirements
• Manage communication with creators, talent, communities, and external partners
• Support event budgets, ticketing, costs, and revenue tracking
• Help grow event attendance and community engagement
• Identify opportunities within the German market for collaborations and experiences
• Support KMR internal events for creators, models, talent, and agency communities
• Assist with on-site event coordination and post-event follow-up
• Build a strong local network within entertainment, culture, fashion, nightlife, and creative industries

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in events, entertainment, nightlife, culture, hospitality, or creative industries
• Good understanding of the German creative and event landscape
• Commercial mindset and interest in growing successful experiences
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive personality with the ability to take ownership
• Comfortable working independently and managing projects remotely
• Passion for communities, experiences, and culture
• Fluent German and English required
• Based in Germany

Requirements

• Experience organizing parties, festivals, pop-ups, or community events
• Existing network of venues, creators, brands, suppliers, or cultural communities
• Experience with ticketing, event promotion, or event production
