[Hiring] Events Associate @ServiceTitan

Role Description

ServiceTitan is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Event Associate to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our events team, providing comprehensive support for over 100+ events annually, including tradeshows, field marketing, and customer programs.

• Manage logistical and coordination tasks for 100+ annual events, including registrations, booth orders, vendor interactions, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain rigorous processes for tracking departmental swag and show supplies.
• Oversee all inventory management, ordering, and logistics to ensure every event is perfectly equipped.
• Take ownership of our event tech stack (Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, Cvent).
• Focus on up-leveling our Salesforce reporting to accurately track event ROI and demonstrate the impact of our events on sales and revenue.
• Provide extensive support to the Events department through meticulous expense management and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in event management, specifically within a high-growth environment managing a large volume of recurring events.
• Proven experience with sales-driven events and a deep understanding of how events contribute to the revenue pipeline.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce, with a specific ability to build reports that track ROI and event performance.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with a "disciplined approach" to project management and inventory control.
• Thrive in team environments and are comfortable playing a supportive role to ensure the overall success of the events team.
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Willingness to engage in the physical aspects of event production, such as setting up booths and managing onsite logistics.
