Parexel, a leading Clinical Research Organization, is seeking an experienced Event Manager, Meeting Services to lead complex international congresses and pharmaceutical meetings. If you have a proven track record delivering world-class events in fast-paced, client-focused environments, we want to hear from you.

You'll lead all aspects of congress management—from planning through post-event analysis—managing high-profile international meetings, delegate logistics, venue coordination, and on-site execution. You'll work with prestigious clients, ensure exceptional quality and on-time delivery within budget, and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven conference and event organization experience (Agency)
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare Industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage meetings on time with high quality
• Strong understanding of international congress logistics
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred but not essential)
