Role Description

• Turn the Board's event outlines into timelines, milestone schedules, and task lists
• Serve as the main logistics contact for venues, vendors, volunteers, and partners
• Track sponsor and donation packets from Board-provided leads and keep an organized registry so every sponsor is properly recognized
• Coordinate donation drop-off sites and collection bins
• Coordinate event volunteers and provide on-site support
• Help promote events through community outreach and social media
• Create floor plans, vendor setup schedules, and placement charts
• Create backup plans for weather, low turnout, or supply shortages
• Lead event-day setup, live logistics, and full breakdown
• Ensure a welcoming guest experience that reflects the Foundation's mission
• Submit monthly progress updates, attend event committee meetings, and complete a post-event report
