[Hiring] ETA Direct Specialist @Cable ONE

Role Description

Is responsible for break-fix troubleshooting of applications used internally by the organization on a daily basis. The position works in a queue-based ticketing system to prioritize and resolve application issues impacting several end users throughout the organization.

• Gains familiarity with Service Desk and technical support concepts, practices, and methodologies.
• With guidance, performs routine support duties, including:
• Receiving, researching, resolving and/or escalating Remedy and email-based support requests.
• Supporting the development and integration of new equipment and applications within the Cable One phone infrastructure.
• Assists more senior team members with provision of Tier 1 user support.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Excel, ITIL, ServiceNow, and FSM are preferred.
