[Hiring] ESOP Administration Consultant @Blue Ridge Associates

Role Description

This role involves being a key resource to clients navigating the complex world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You will manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships.

• Managing end-to-end client engagements
• Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting
• Identifying and solving technical plan issues
• Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
• Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods

Requirements

• Working toward QKA or QPA certification
• Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)
