Role Description

Quality at scale starts with the right architecture, and the right person to lead it. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end design, governance, and global deployment of SAP Quality Management solutions, shaping how quality processes are built, integrated, and continuously improved across a complex, international operating environment.

• Serve as the authoritative technical voice on SAP QM architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to align quality systems with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.
• Mentor colleagues and influence technical direction.
• Act as a senior advisor on integration challenges spanning SAP and adjacent quality-related platforms.
• Drive outcomes that matter at both operational and strategic levels.

Location is flexible within Europe.

Qualifications

• Substantial to extensive professional experience in SAP.
• Deep expertise in SAP Quality Management.
• Strong track record of leading large-scale implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Senior-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM and quality process design.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex, cross-functional challenges.
• Experience in integrating SAP QM with adjacent modules and systems, such as Extended Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Solid understanding of quality management and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of GxP requirements and regulated industry environments.
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Experience influencing peers, middle management, and senior stakeholders to align on technical direction.
• Comfortable operating in a global context, including experience with international deployments and template governance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15 percent).
