[Hiring] Epic MyChart Analyst @TEKsystems

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart and/or Grand Central Consultant to provide critical support following the departure of two full-time team members. The consultant will assist with a substantial project portfolio, ongoing operational support, and upcoming Epic upgrade activities. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with an immediate need and potential for extension based on project demands and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• MyChart Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, design, build, testing, and optimization of several high-priority MyChart initiatives, including:
  • Online/Direct Scheduling implementation and enhancements
  • Provider Finder implementation and optimization
  • MyChart Bedside deployment and support
  • Upcoming Epic upgrade activities, including review and implementation of approximately 100 upgrade notes and enhancements
  • Ongoing MyChart maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support
  • Collaboration with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to deliver new functionality and improve patient engagement
• Grand Central Responsibilities
  • Support operational and project-based Grand Central initiatives, including:
  • Implementation of new Epic AI functionality related to Predictive Discharge
  • Payer platform integration involving ADT workflows and interfaces
  • Upcoming Epic upgrade planning, testing, and implementation
  • Facility structure build and maintenance for new departments, locations, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Optimization of registration, scheduling, and patient access workflows
  • Collaboration with revenue cycle, access, and clinical teams to support organizational growth and operational needs

Qualifications

• Epic MyChart Certification required
• Epic Grand Central Certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects
• Experience with workflow analysis, system build, testing, and deployment
• Strong understanding of patient access and patient engagement workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL
