[Hiring] Epic Hospital Billing Application Analyst @BHS

Role Description

Baptist Health is looking for an Epic Hospital Billing Application Analyst - Intermediate to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN.

• Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting.
• Serves as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.
• Includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support.
• Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation.
• Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
• Has technical knowledge of most phases of applications system analysis and project management.
• Under supervision, may act as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets that may or may not have system-wide implications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years related experience.
• Minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.
