Role Description

Health Choice Network is actively hiring a Certified Epic Cheers Application Analyst to support the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Cheers workflows. You’ll collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve patient engagement, streamline processes, and ensure system solutions align with business needs.

• Build, configure, test, and optimize Epic Cheers workflows
• Configure CRM logic, campaigns, outreach settings, notifications, and communications
• Troubleshoot workflow and integration issues
• Support new feature deployments and version upgrades
• Serve as the primary support contact for Epic Cheers

Qualifications

• Active Epic Cheers Certification (must-have)
• 3+ years IT experience OR Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field
• Epic build, workflow design, testing, and troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Requirements

• Epic Hello World Badge (preferred)
• Experience supporting cross-module Epic workflows
• Healthcare operations or clinical systems experience
