Role Description

Be the calm problem-solver behind the scenes—support Epic stability and revenue cycle workflows that patients and staff rely on.

• We’re hiring 6 Epic Revenue Cycle service delivery roles across Analyst → Senior Consultant levels.
• This is hands-on, operational work: resolving tickets, handling break-fix issues, and delivering small optimization projects.
• A typical day includes:
  • Triage and troubleshoot incoming tickets.
  • Dig into workflows and build to find root cause.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders to confirm needs and priorities.
  • Document changes for traceability and repeatability.
• Depending on level, focus on reliable execution with growing autonomy or lead more complex work.

Responsibilities

• Open roles we’re hiring for up to (6) analysts. Epic certification required:
  • 1 Hospital Billing Contracts Analyst
  • 1 Claims Analyst
  • 1 Professional Billing Analyst
  • 3 Hospital Billing Analysts
• Align title based on scope, independence, complexity, and Epic revenue cycle build/support experience.
• Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team, supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement.
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets.
• Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build.
• Deliver small optimization projects.
• Translate requests into clear, testable requirements.
• Configure/update Epic build within your specialty area.
• Plan and execute appropriate testing.
• Communicate clearly with client stakeholders and internal teammates.
• Escalate when risk, complexity, or impact crosses thresholds.
• For Senior roles: lead ambiguous troubleshooting and mentor others.

Requirements

• Current Epic certifications in Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, Claims, and/or Contracts.
• Epic Analyst: 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work end-to-end.
• Senior Epic Analyst: 4–5+ years independently delivering analyst work.
• Senior Epic Consultant: 4–5+ years independently delivering as a consultant.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A quality-first mindset.
• Ownership and reliability.
