[Hiring] Epic Ambulatory 3rd Party Application Analyst @Computer Task Group, Inc

Role Description

CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory 3rd Party Applications Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, integration, and ongoing support of Epic Ambulatory and associated third-party applications. This consultant will partner with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams to design, implement, and support solutions that improve ambulatory workflows, patient care, and provider efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Ambulatory experience, a thorough understanding of healthcare operations, and hands-on experience supporting third-party applications integrated with Epic.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Ambulatory and integrated third-party applications.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Configure, test, and support third-party applications and integrations with Epic.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot application and interface issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, application implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop test plans, execute testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, training materials, and support procedures.
• Ensure applications meet organizational security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization activities.

• Pulmonary and Respiratory Applications: Spiroware, MGC Breeze
• Behavioral Health and Clinical Assessment Applications: ASEBA (Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment)
• Diabetes and Chronic Disease Management Applications: Glooko
• Sleep Medicine Applications: Polysmith
• Monitoring and Specialty Clinical Applications: Sentinel
• Laboratory Integrations: Labcorp
• Audiology Applications: Audbase
• General Third-Party Application Support: Requirements gathering and workflow analysis, Vendor coordination and issue escalation, Interface testing and validation, Application upgrades and release management, User training and adoption support, Integration troubleshooting and optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic application implementation, optimization, or support experience.
• 3+ years supporting third-party healthcare applications integrated with Epic.
• Experience working with ambulatory clinical workflows and operations.
• Experience coordinating with external software vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $130,000.
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
• In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
