[Hiring] Entrepreneur in Residence (Future CEO / Founder) @FutureSight

Role Description

FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary entrepreneur to co-found their next B2B SaaS startup with us.

You’ll work closely with:

• John Carbrey, a 4x entrepreneur with experience across several B2B SaaS verticals.
• Joshua, a seasoned CFO and strategic advisor with tech companies valued over $200M.
• Kevin, a product leader specializing in taking companies from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Alan, a recognized expert in early stage idea validation with 5 books and 24 launches.
• Prathna, an active early stage investor and strategic advisor on capital strategy.

What you can expect:

• Daily active engagement with our team.
• Early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas.
• Creation of prototypes to validate and sell potential solutions.
• Launching an initial product and preparing for fundraising.
• Building a team, product, revenue model, business, and investor base.

Ownership:

• You will own the P/L of the new entity.
• You will have a significant equity stake in the new business.

This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone to commit full-time and exclusively to building and owning a new SaaS venture.

Qualifications

• Ready to commit full-time and exclusively to an entrepreneurial journey.
• Relevant domain expertise and/or industry advantage.
• Previous experience co-founding and leading an early-stage company or equivalent intrapreneurial experience.
• Desire to be a venture-backed co-founder.
• Generalist with solid skills in a key startup discipline (sales, tech, product, design, marketing, etc.).
• Experience pitching to investors and raising capital.
