[Hiring] Enterprise Solutions Architect @Baker Hughes

Role Description

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering solutions that empower organizations to maximize asset reliability and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design architectures that integrate Asset Strategy Management (ASM), reliability engineering principles, and advanced analytics into enterprise ecosystems.

• Lead solution design and implementation for ASM and reliability initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define strategies, select technologies, and oversee integration with ERP, EAM, and IoT platforms.
• Engage with services and commercial teams to ensure a holistic solution is proposed to customers.
• Lead pre-sales technical engagements with prospecting customers to discover customer needs aligned to BH offerings.
• Support RFI/Q/P response from a technical viewpoint.
• Design and implement enterprise-level architectures for ASM and reliability programs.
• Lead solution-focused workshops as part of customer discovery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and frameworks.
• Drive integration of ASM solutions with ERP/EAM systems and digital platforms.
• Advise on best practices for asset performance optimization and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management and reliability.
• Expertise in ASM frameworks, reliability engineering, and EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
• Conversant in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Reliability or Asset Strategy certification like CMRP, CRL, AMP and ISO55000 are considered an asset.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, prioritize & organize work, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
• Intermediate level fluency with English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
